Bequests

Have you ever considered remembering the work of CDA in your will? CDA funds are very limited so any unexpected expenditure eats into our reserves.

When making/updating your will, please ask your legal representative to make arrangements for a donation in your will.

You may also consider inviting your loved ones to ask for donations to CDA in lieu of flowers, thereby acknowledging and promoting our work.

Of course, all other fund-raising activities will be gratefully received.

Chair

Joselyn Taylor

I was elected Chair in 2022. My role is to lead the organisation by fostering a constructive relationship with members of the Council and Trustees. A cohesive board shares common goals and values, working as a team to harness its collective skills, experience, and energy in pursuit of a shared purpose. This includes planning regular meetings and facilitating them to ensure active participation, objective discussion, and effective decision-making for the good of the Catholic Deaf Association. Please see ‘What we do’ under Who’s Who’ on our website for more information. Please feel free to send me an email.

Chaplain

Fr Paul Fletcher SJ

I am a volunteer National CDA Chaplain. I serve as a Jesuit priest alongside my role as a university chaplain in Manchester. I celebrate Sunday Mass (and some Holy Days) in sign language via Zoom — please see the link on the CDA website home page. I am happy to offer Mass and prayers for your intentions; please send your requests by email. God bless you, today and always.
